SERVICE SHIFTER LIGHT, CAR NOT GOING INTO GEARS.
I was driving along & all of a sudden my car under side make a funny sound and stopped moving forward. I am a single mother & I had my 4 year old son with me. I had to call a tow company & they took it to a repair shop. They charged me $100 to tell me the transmission was gone & metal pieces were in the transmission. Now I have tried to get it fixed because the rest of my car looks NEW. I REALLY TAKE CARE OF IT. But now I am told it cannot be fixed because you knew there was something wrong with this particular transmission so you no longer make the parts, so no one else can get hurt. Therefore, I have a very lovely car that I love but it will never run again. I spent over $20,000 for my car. Can you help me please.
While approaching a intersection, the vehicles engine stalled. The vehicle shifted itself into neutral. The loss of power in neutral resulted in a loss of power steering and power braking. The vehicle had diminished controls in traffic with 3 occupants. (2 adults, 1 infant.) Vehicle was stopped using emergency brake in turn lane. Local police were required to use push bar to move vehicle due to blocking traffic. No warning or lights on dash prior to failure. Vehicle pushed to dealership. Dealership diagnosed part failure consistent with open recall. No solution from manufacturer.
Shifter service, Power steering yes available for inspection. Power steering went out, lights on dash board flashed and beeped and then would go black. Jeep diagnosed my jeep. No warning and happened about 2 weeks ago and has continued consistanly

Happy Wednesday: Issue 11427346 THATS MY ISSUE TOO. This is occurring with my vehicle with many others. I found out today Power Steering Fluid ran out and was empty but no leak is detected. It is the Steering rack where the fluid is going so it is undetected which can cause gears to lock up and crash since owners do not detect a leak and do not know where it is going. I got an oil change and they told me it was almost empty buy inches and to get parked ASAP until it was filed and that there is an issue. Miracle DODGE/Jeep in Gallatin, TN said there must be an issue when we went to buy the power steering fluid at a dealership since the Jeep only takes MOPAR Hydraulic fluid at 22.00 a quart. They are aware there is some issue if the fluid is empty but no leak detected by me or anyone else looking for one. This is a issue with crash potential. It could have killed me if i ran out 100% and my gears locked up. My time is spent taking my cancer stricken mother to the Drs office and had II not got an oil change? I would never know and my gears would have locked up. Many have reported. Why is this not a recall since the Steering rack being replaced is a $2000.00 cost to fix. I have 68, 500 miles on my Jeep 2014 GC Limited with low miles?. This is unheard of. First, the faulty Engine Oil sensor $450.00 to fix, then the faulty seat belt clip breaking which was covered by you all and fixed..Now? The Power steering rack eating up the Power steering fluid and leaking onto brake boots which mine look rusted so that would explain that but unseen by the driver? HELP me and others who have reported this since 2020. Make it a RECALL ASAP. Nobody has $2000 to $3000 to fix faulty issues with these Jeeps. Please HELP!. My stress levels are at an all time high from this newest issues with my Jeep. I am not sure how much more I can handle with these faulty issues. I feel like we all need to do a class action lawsuit. Thank goodness for my Oil change.
Steering rack and Pinion failure due to leaking fluid. Dealer will not cover cost. This shouldn't happen to a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 62k. Please investigate and place a recall for this design error. Very dangerous for all drivers and conditions. I am afraid to drive this car now. I am currently driving another car.
THE STEERING SHAFT SPLINE STRIPPED. STEERING WHEEL TURNS FREELY IN BOTH DIRECTIONS WITHOUT MOVING THE FRONT WHEELS. HAPPENED BACKING OUT OF IN DRIVEWAY THANKFULLY INSTEAD OF THE INTERSTATE WE WERE HEADING FOR. THE CAR IS AS OEM AS CAN BE AND NO MODIFICATION OR OFF-ROAD DRIVING HAS BEEN DONE. THE PRIMARY DRIVER GOES TO/FROM SCHOOL AND STORE. THIS TYPE OF FAILURE SHOULD NEVER OCCUR, THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS FAILING STEERING COLUMN ARE DEADLY.

MY STEERING CONTROL MODULE HAS A SHORT CIRCUIT CAUSING MY ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL LIGHT TO FLASH AND MY BLINKERS AND WINDSHIELD WIPERS NOT TO WORK. I TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL MECHANIC AND HE SAID MODULE NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THERE IS AN OPEN RECALL. RECALL P64/ NHTSA 14V-636 - WHICH APPLIES TO MY MODEL YEAR AND DESCRIBES MY PROBLEM EXACTLY. I CALLED THE CHRYSLER RECALL DEPARTMENT AND THEY ARE SAYING THIS RECALL DOES NOT APPLY TO MY VEHICLE AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT FREE OF CHARGE. I HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN AND THE RECALL SAYS THIS COULD CAUSE A CRASH WITHOUT WARNING. ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISORY AND "NON WAS AVAILABLE." I AM WORRIED FOR THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY AND I CANT PAY $1000+ TO FIX THIS WHEN THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM. I WAS DRIVING ON ROADWAY AT ABOUT 40-45 MPH. I TRIED TO TURN INTO WAWA PARKING LOT. WHEN TURNING INTO PARKING LOT, NOTICED STEERING WAS VERY DIFFICULT. I STOPPED IN PARKING LOT BUT COULDNT TURN INTO PARKING SPACE. TRUCK DRIVES BUT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO STEER UNDER SLOW DRIVING(UNDER 40 MILES PER HOUR). ONCE GOING OVER 40 MPH, TRUCK IS A LITTLE EASIER TO STEER BUT NOT ANYWHERE NEAR HOW IT WAS PRIOR TO STEERING FAILURE.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 68248550. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 82,000.

AND ELECTRION CONTROL ISSUES AS WELL
THE POWER STEERING BECOMES INEFFECTIVE PARTICULARLY IN COLDER WEATHER. FROM WHAT I HAVE READ ONLINE, POWER STEERING PROBLEMS ARE VERY COMMON WITH THIS YEAR MODEL. THIS STARTED HAPPENING IN 2017 TO OUR VEHICLE. WE HAVE TO STOP THE VEHICLE, MOVE THE WHEEL LEFT & RIGHT A FEW TIMES TO GET IT TO START WORKING AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE GOING FROM REVERSE, THEN SWITCH GEARS TO DRIVE. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON A CITY STREET, IN OUR DRIVE WAY, & WHEN TURNING AT A RED LIGHT, IT WAS VERY SCARY FOR MY WIFE WHEN IT HAPPENED AT THE LIGHT.
DEALER TOLD ME I HAVE A SLOW POWER STEERING LEAK WITH RACK AND PINION STEERING. SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS MODEL AND YEAR VEHICLE THAT HAS POTENTIAL SAFETY IMPACTS FOR POTENTIAL FIRE, YET I DON'T SHOW THIS AS A RECALL AFFECTING MY VEHICLE.

AFTER TAKING IT IN TO HAVE RECALLS DONE AND FLUIDS CHECKED/OIL CHANGE, CAR WAS HAVING STEERING ISSUES AT SLOW SPEEDS (THINK PULLING IN/OUT OF PARKING SPOTS). BROUGHT IT INTO THE THE SAME DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT IT NEEDED A NEW GEAR ASSEMBLY (LEAK) AS WELL AS *POSSIBLY* A NEW PS PUMP, BUT THEY WOULDN'T KNOW FOR SURE UNTIL WE BROUGHT IT BACK IN. I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER MECHANIC THAT IT WILL, IN FACT NEED BOTH DONE...FOR $3K. THIS IS PROBABLY MY 12TH JEEP AND I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE LIKE THIS. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS SEEMS TO BE A "KNOWN ISSUE", YET JEEP HASN'T DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 89,000.
TAKATA RECALL AS I WAS DRIVING ON A STREET AND WAS TRYING TO TURN, MY STEERING WHEEL STOPPED WORKING. IT WOULDN'T TURN AT ALL SO I HAD TO PULL OVER AND CALL FOR HELP. I GOT IT TO A SHOP AND THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING PUMP WENT OUT.
WHILE DRIVING LOST POWER STEERING. VEHICLE WAS IN A PARKING LOT WHEN THIS OCCURRED.
VEHICLE HAS 107,000 AND WAS TOLD THERE IS A PIN HOLE LEAK IN THE RACK AND PINION CAUSING A LOSS OF POWER STEERING FLUID. AFTER LOOKING ON THE JEEP FORUMS THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH THE GENERATION JEEP.
WHILE IN MOTION, ON MY WAY WORK, MY 2014 GRAND CHEROKEE SUMMIT WITH 3.0 L TURBO DIESEL ENGINE, 220 AMP ALTERNATOR AND 49000 MILES EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER STEERING, BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON, VOLTMETER SHOWED NO CHARGING OF BATTERY. MY ELECTRONIC INDICATOR SYSTEM STATED THE VEHICLE WENT INTO BATTERY SAVER MODE WITH A LOSS OF ABS, HEATING AND VENTILATION, AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM, ALL SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS SUCH AS PARK SENSE, NO ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM CHANGES AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THERE WAS A RECALL ON GASOLINE ENGINE 2014 GRAND CHEROKEES ALONG WITH OTHERS (CHRYSLER RECALL T36) AND I HAVE SEEN ANOTHER COMPLAINT SIMILAR TO MINE SHARING THE SAME ENGINE ON THIS SIGHT. I DO BELIEVE THIS IS WAS CAUSED BY CATASTROPHIC ALTERNATOR FAILURE. A NEW BATTERY WAS INSTALLED AND THE BATTERY LIGHT IS STILL ON AND STILL IN BATTERY SAVER MODE( AN INDICATOR ALSO OF NO CHARGING) AND VOLMETER INDICATES NO CHARGING. I WILL BE REPLACING THE ALTERNATOR TOMORROW.
STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP WHILE DRIVING, WAS TOLD BY MECHANIC IT IS THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING PUMP. ALSO A WEEK BEFORE THE DRIVERS HEADREST SUDDENLY DEPLOYED WHILE DRIVING (JEEP HAS NEVER BEEN INTO A CAR ACCIDENT & I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER TO THIS 2014) WAS TOLD IT WILL BE AT LEAST $2000 WITH ALL PARTS & LABOR. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS AND I HAVE READ THE STEERING WHEEL HAS LOCKED UP ON HUNDREDS OF OTHERS WHILE DRIVING. THE JEEP DID NOT TURN OFF WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP. WHILE DRIVING TO GET OUT OF THE ROAD THE ENGINE REVVED UP AT 20 MPH AND THE JEEP DID NOT WANT TO GO- HAD TO SWITCH INTO SPORT MODE TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE OUT OF THE ROAD WAY AND THE ENGINE REVVING CALMED DOWN. THE HEAD REST IS BROKE AND CAN NOT GO INTO ITS REGULAR POSITION. DID NOT GET A PRICE ESTIMATE ON THAT YET. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED BY JEEP!!!
GEAR SWITCHES FROM DRIVE TO SPORT BY ITSELF WHILE IN MOTION FREQUENTLY FOR LAST 8 WEEKS
POWER STEERING FAILED, POWER STEERING UNIT CRACKED AND LEAKING WAS DRIVING 55MPH ON US 40 NEARING ELKTON. POWER STEERING BECAME HEAVY, CAME TO A STOP AT A RED LIGHT. TURNING INTO A SHOPPING CENTER FOR A AUTOZONE. AT THIS POINT THE VEHICLE WAS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO DRIVE. IF THERE WERE AND EMERGENCY MANEUVER TO BE MADE U DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT AND EASILY COULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT... CHECKED POWER STEERING RESERVOIR WAS EMPTY, LOOKING AT THE POWER STEERING UNIT THE BOTTOM WAS SOAKED AND BELOW THE POWER STEERING UNIT WAS SOAKED... PURCHASED HYDRAULIC FLUID AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE HOME. LOOKING ONLINE I SAW THERE WERE OTHER COMPLAINTS SIMILAR IN DESCRIPTION.. FILED I BELIEVE WITH THE NTSB, I MAY BE MISSING A LETTER... IN EITHER CASE CHRYSLER/JEEP IS AWARE OF THIS AND I CANT BELIEVE THERE HAS NOT BEEN A RECALL ON THIS... THIS IS A DANGEROUS SAFETY HAZARD. I CAN PROVIDE A MECHANIC'S DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGE...
MY 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE ,SHUT DOWN WHILE I WAS DRIVING IN THE ISSAQUAH FALL CITY ROAD . STEERING WHEELS LOCKED AND BRAKES FAILED AND EVERYTHING SHUT DOWN. I BARELY MADE IT TO THE WALGREENS PARKING LOT WHERE THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY DIED TO THE POINT WHERE EVEN THE KEYS WOULDN'T WORK . I BARELY MADE IT ALIVE . I AM GLAD I DIDN'T CRASH INTO ANYONE . I HAD TO TOW THE VEHICLE LATER IN THE DAY TO THE DEALERSHIP . THEY ASKED ME TO DROP IT OFF AT THEIR GARAGE . TODAY THEY GOT BACK TO ME SAYING , THERE WAS AN OPEN RECALL ON THE VEHICLE AND THAT CAUSED THE ALTERNATOR TO FAIL AND SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING . THEY SAID BECAUSE IT'S AN OPEN RECALL THEY WOULD FIX IT THEMSELVES AS IT'S COVERED UNDER SOME WARRANTY . BUT THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH SOME OIL PRESSURE SENSOR AND THE AWD SYSTEM IS STUCK IN AWD AND THEY WILL HAVE TO FIX IT AND HAVE ME A PARTS AND LABOR CHARGE OF 2000 USD WHICH I HAVE TO BEAR . IS THIS NORMAL PRACTICE . I DON'T KNOW HOW THE AWD SYSTEM SUDDENLY GOT INTO THIS STATE . IF IT'S A RESULT OF THE ALTERNATOR ISSUE CAUSED BY THE OPEN RECALL , WOULDN'T THEY MANUFACTURER/DEALER HAVE TO BEAR IT . . THANKS !!

SEVERAL MESSAGES DISPLAYED FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS -ECM LOST COMMUNICATION AND OTHER MSGS I COULDN'T GET BECAUSE THEY ONLY FLASHED ON THE SCREEN. KEYFOB BATTERY LOW EVEN THOUGH I JUST PUT IN A NEW BATTERY.
POWER STEERING FAILURE: 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 2 WEEKS PRIOR, WE HAD OUR JEEP IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS WERE CHECKED. WHILE ON A ROAD TRIP, AN INDICATOR LIGHT FOR "POWER STEERING SERVICE NEEDED" CAME ON SUDDENLY JUST BEFORE I WAS ABOUT TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY. I PULLED OVER IMMEDIATELY AT AN AUTOPARTS STORE. WE CHECKED THE POWER STEERING FLUID RESERVOIR AND IT WAS EMPTY. WE ADDED POWER STEERING FLUID BUT IT WOULD NOT BLEED INTO THE SYSTEM. AT THAT POINT, THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO STEER AT LOWER SPEEDS. IT SEEMS UNUSUAL FOR THE POWER STEERING TO GO OUT SUDDENLY WITH VERY LITTLE WARNING. WE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP AND LEARNED THAT THE POWER STEERING GEAR BOX WAS LEAKING AND HAD TO BE COMPLETELY REPLACED. ADDITIONALLY, THE POWER STEERING MODULE ASSEMBLY FAILED AT THE SAME TIME AND ALSO HAD TO BE REPLACED (ALONG WITH THE POWER STEERING PUMP TOO SINCE THAT IS NOT SOLD SEPARATELY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN WORKING ORDER). ALL IN ALL, WE ENDED UP PAYING CLOSE TO $3,000 FOR REPLACING BASICALLY THE ENTIRE THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM ON A 4 YEAR OLD VEHICLE. IN MY 30 YEARS OF DRIVING, I HAVE NEVER HAD A NEWER CAR HAVE SUCH A BIG FAILURE OF A CRITICAL SAFETY SYSTEM AND WITH VERY LITTLE WARNING. I WAS LUCKY THAT I WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND WAS NOT ON THE HIGHWAY DRIVING WHEN IT HAPPENED OR WE COULD HAVE CRASHED. I DID SOME ONLINE RESEARCH AND HAVE SEEN MULTIPLE OTHER STEERING SYSTEM COMPLAINTS (LEAKAGES AND FAILURES AT VERY LOW MILEAGES) FROM 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OWNERS. I BELIEVE THE POWER STEERING GEAR BOX DESIGN IS FAULTY FOR IT TO LEAK SO SUDDENLY AND QUICKLY. THE REPAIR PERSON TOLD ME IT SHOULD NOT LEAK AND THAT IT MUST HAVE HAPPENED VERY SUDDENLY. PLEASE CONSIDER DOING ADDITIONAL RESEARCH INTO THIS ISSUE AND IF WARRANTED, ISSUE A RECALL FOR 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEES, TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE ENCOURAGE FIAT TO FIX THE FLAW.
MY JEEP AS THE T36 ALTERNATOR RECALL. MY VEHICLE RECENTLY WAS AFFECTED BY THIS RECALL AND IT'S EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. MY ENTER VEHICLE POWERED OFF AND THAT LEFT ME WITH NO POWER STEERING OR MUCH CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE WHILE TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD.. WHEN I WAS ABLE TO GET TO A SAFE LOCATION I FOUND MY ALTERNATOR SMOKING HEAVY AND MY CAR WAS COMPLETELY DEAD. I TOOK THE JEEP TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THE ONLY CURRENT FIX IS TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR WITH THE SAME FAULTY DESIGN THAT FAILED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS IF THIS WOULD HAVE FAILED AT A HIGHER RATE OF SPEED OR IN ANY DAILY DRIVING SITUATION. I CANNOT BELIEVE CHRYSLER IS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS.
I WAS DRIVING DOWN MY NEIGHBORHOOD STREET WHEN THE STABILITY CONTROL INDICATOR STARTING CHIMING THAT THE SYSTEM WAS TURNED OFF. MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS THEN TURNED ON AUTOMATICALLY AND WOULD NOT SHUT OFF, THE HEADLIGHT INDICATOR TURNED AS WELL. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I LET THE JEEP SIT FOR A LITTLE WHILE UNTIL I RESTARTED IT. THE SAME THINGS HAPPENED EXCEPT THIS TIME THE ABS BRAKES WARNING LIGHTED UP AS WELL AS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.
MY GIRLFRIEND WAS TRAVELING 60 MILES PER HOUR DOWN INTERSTATE 167 OUTSIDE OF PUYALLUP, WASHINGTON ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2016. WINTER HAD FINALLY ARRIVED WITH A LIGHT SNOW AND ICY ROADS. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE FREEWAY THE DASHBOARD ILLUMINATED AND THE SPEEDOMETER STOPPED RESPONDING. WE HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIFE, A MOM, AND A STEP-MOM, THAT IS TRAVELING AT THE RATED SPEED LIMIT IN POTENTIALLY ICY CONDITIONS AND WE HAVE LOST ALL SYSTEMS TO INCLUDE AIR SUSPENSION, AIRBAG SYSTEM, ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM (ABS) , ELECTRONIC BRAKING SYSTEM (EBS), TRACTION CONTROL.
DRIVER SEATBELT DOES NOT RETRACT TO TIGHTEN ON DRIVER WHILE DRIVING OR STATIONARY. SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE! ADDITIONALLY, NONE OF THE CONTROLS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STEERING WHEEL WORK EVER; CRUISE CONTROL, PARK ASSIST, LANE DEPARTURE WARNING, ETC.
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE STREET AT ABOUT 35 MPH WHEN THE BATTERY ICON FLASHED ON. THE AIR CONDITIONER AND THE RADIO CUTOFF FOLLOWING THE DISPLAY OF THE BATTERY ICON. A FEW SECONDS LATER THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT ALONG WITH A LOSS OF POWER. A MESSAGE DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD TELLING ME TO PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH A SERVICE TRANS BRAKE MESSAGE AND A FEW OTHERS THAT I CAN'T RECALL. I TRIED TO GET TO A SAFE LOCATION BUT THE VEHICLE SHIFTED INTO PARK AND COMPLETELY TURNED OFF WHEN I WAS GOING LESS THAN 5 MPH. CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO BE STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD WITH TRAFFIC TRYING TO GET BY. I SLOWED DOWN BECAUSE THERE WERE VEHICLES IN FRONT OF ME MAKING TURNS. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. TOWED VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THE ALTERNATOR BURNED UP. THE BATTERY IS DAMAGED AS WELL. THIS SOUNDS SIMILAR TO THE TWO RECALLS NAMED "ALTERNATOR MAY FAIL RESULTING IN ENGINE STALL". NOTIFIED THE DEALERSHIP AND JEEP CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY CAN FIX THIS RECALL BECAUSE MY VIN IS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. VEHICLE IS OUT OF WARRANTY SO THEY SAY THE REPAIRS WILL COME OUT OF MY POCKET. AFTER THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED ABOUT A YEAR AGO I REFUSE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE ON THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE OF THE SUDDEN SHUTOFF AND LOSS OF STEERING. I FEEL THIS COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT AND I REFUSE TO TAKE THAT RISK.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V636000 (ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.

SHE CALLED ME IN A PANIC. I CALLED THE JEEP DEALER WHO CAME AND TOWED THE VEHICLE IN TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE SAME THING HAPPENED WHILE THE JEEP WAS IN THE SHOP AT CALIFORNIA SUPERSTORES IN VALENCIA, CA. THEY CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES TO COME AND PICK THE CAR UP BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED, BUT THAT THERE WAS NOT A "FIX" FOR IT. DUE TO CONCERNS FOR MY FAMILYS SAFETY I REFUSED TO PICK THE CAR UP AND CALLED CHRYSLER WHO TOLD ME NOT TO PICK THE CAR UP, THAT IT WAS DANGEOUS TO DRIVE IT. THE NEXT WEEKI WAS AGAIN TOLD TO COME AND PICK THE CAR UP, THIS TIME BY BOTH THE DEALER AT CALIFORNIA SUPERSTORES, VALENCIA, CA AND BY THE CORPORATE PEOPLE AT CHRYSLER, AND TOLD THERE WAS NO FIX FOR THE PROBLEM. THE CAR JUST RANDOMLY SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING IT. I OPENED A CLAIM WITHCHRYSLER CORP. ABOUT THE CAR STALLING OUT BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK ABOUT ANY FIX OR RECALL. THE CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY HELP FROM THE DEALER OR CHRYSLER CORP. I PAID ALMOST $38,000 FOR THE CAR AND DO NOT EVEN WANT TO DRIVE IT OR HAVE MY FAMILY IN IT DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY THAT IT COULD STALL AGAIN (IT HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES), THE STEERING GO OUT, AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT HARMING US OR OTHER DRIVERS ON THE ROADWAYS.
THIS MORNING WHILE BACKING THE VEHICLE OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY ONTO THE STREET, THE STEERING LOCKED AND COULD NOT BE TURNED AT ALL. THE CAR WAS AT AN ANGLE TO THE CURB ON A 1-WAY CITY STREET, THERE WERE NO OBSTRUCTIONS. I STRUGGLED TO TURN THE WHEEL AT ALL WHEN I PUT IT BACK IN DRIVE. I SWITCHED FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE A FEW TIMES TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE STREET AND PARK. FINALLY, AFTER STRUGGLING TO TURN THE WHEEL EVEN THE TINIEST BIT, I PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN PARK, SHUT THE ENGINE OFF, WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND RESTARTED IT. THE STEERING IMMEDIATELY FREED UP AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO WORK. I REPORTED IT TO THE LOCAL DEALER AND THEY CAN'T LOOK AT IT UNTIL ALMOST 24 HOURS AFTER THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
THE POWER STEERING FLUID HAS DROPPED IN MY RESERVOIR AND HAS BEEN DROPPING EVER SINCE I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR. IT HAS BEEN TOPPED OFF BY THE DEALER ON 3 OCCASIONS SINCE I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR. IT HAS DROPPED TO A LEVEL HALF WAY BETWEEN THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM MARKS ON THE RESERVOIR MOSTLY RECENTLY IN LESS THAN 2000 MILES. I HAVE BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE DEALER ON FIVE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS SINCE I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR(2.5 YRS) AND ALL THEY SAY IS THEY CANNOT FIND ANY LEAKS. THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM IS A CLOSED, PRESSURIZED SYSTEM THAT SHOULD NOT LEAK AT ALL. CHRYSLER JEEP HAS BASICALLY IGNORED MY CONCERNS, DECLINED TO LOOK FURTHER INTO THIS PROBLEM AND HAS CLOSED MY CASE ON THIS MATTER. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY A LOCAL AUTO SERVICE CENTER THAT THIS IS AN ON GOING PROBLEM WITH THIS ENGINE(3.6L V-6 PENTASTAR) IN ALL CHRYSLER AUTOS AS THEY REGULARLY NEED TO TOP OFF THE POWER STEERING FLUID IN ALL THESE CARS. THE CAR WAS STATIONARY WHEN THE POWER STEERING FLUID WAS CHECKED AND THE FLUID AT NORMAL OPERATING TEMPERATURE.

THE CONTACT SUSTAINED LEG INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE BODY DAMAGES WERE REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKES THE FRONT END SHAKES PRETTY BADLY. I ALSO HAVE AN ISSUE WHEN I EXCELLERATE MODERATELY THE VEHICLE SEEMS TO TAKE OFF LEAVING ME FEELING OUT OF CONTROL AND HAVING TO TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE GAS AND WATCHING THE RPM HIT 6000. I HAVE ALSO HAD ISSUES WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND A TOTAL OF 5 RECALLS. I HAVE HAD TIME IN COURT TRYING TO FIGHT IT USING THE LEMON LAW BUT LOST BECAUSE OF NOT HAVING AN ATTORNEY AND A TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST I COULDN'T AFFORD EITHER. I NOTICE MY PROBLEMS AT 1900 MILES BUT I LOST BECAUSE THEY SAID I USED IT FOR COMMERCIAL USE WHICH I DON'T BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE IT REGISTERED AS A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE I JUST DRIVE A LOT FOR WORK AT THE TIME. THIS VEHICLE HAS CAUSED ME LOADS OF STRESS SINCE I BOUGHT IT AND FEEL VERY UNSAFE DRIVING MY KIDS AROUND. ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED I'M AT MY WITS END. THE 2014 GRAND CHEROKEE SUMMIT, WAS SERVICED ON 7/30/15. I HAD THE TIRES ROTATED AND AN OIL CHANGE. THE NEXT DAY, I GOT ON THE FREEWAY AND PROCEEDED TO DO 65MPH WHEN THE FRONT END AND OR THE STEERING WHEEL STARTED SHAKING VIOLENTLY. I AM GETTING THE TIRES BALANCED/SERVICED ON 8/19/15 TO SEE IF THAT WILL FIX THE PROBLEM.
LAST EVENING, WHILE PARKING THE VEHICLE ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF A HOTEL, THE STEERING LOCKED AND COULD NOT BE TURNED AT ALL. THE CAR WAS AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE TO THE CURB, ABOUT 2 FEET FROM THE CURB, THERE WERE NO OBSTRUCTIONS. ALTHOUGH MOVING AT VERY SLOW SPEED, I HAD TO BRAKE ABRUPTLY AND AFTER ASSESING THE SITUATION, PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN PARK, SHUT THE ENGINE OFF AND RESTART THE VEHICLE WHERE IT IMMEDIATLEY FREED UP THE STEERING AND I WAS ABLE TO PARK IT. THIS MORNING THE STEERING SEEMED FINE AND I DROVE IT HOME. CALLING THE DEALER FIRST THING TOMORROW (TODAY IS SUNDAY).
WHILE ACCELERATING ONTO CURVE OF FREEWAY ENTRANCE RAMP, FELT A SLIGHT JERK OR POP ON THE STEERING WHEEL THEN LOST ALL CONTROL OF STEERING WHEEL. STEERING WHEEL DID NOT CONTROL CAR, SO I VEERED STRAIGHT OFF RAMP AND INTO GRASS/PLANT AREA. I DID TAKE A VIDEO SHOWING HOW THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SPINNING FREELY AROUND IN CIRCLES. VERY FORTUNATE THIS DID NOT OCCUR 30 SECONDS LATER WHEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE FREEWAY AND LOSING CONTROL OF STEERING. I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND AFTER INSPECTION, WAS TOLD THAT THE LOWER STEERING COLUMN SHAFT BROKE LOOSE FROM UPPER SHAFT, CAUSING STEERING WHEEL TO SPIN FREELY. WHEN SHAFT BROKE LOOSE IT ALSO CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE CLOCKSPRING. THE CAR WAS REPAIRED BY THE DEALERSHIP, HOWEVER BASED ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS DEFECT AND POTENTIALLY FATAL RESULTS, WANTED TO MAKE SURE THIS WAS COMMUNICATED AS THE CAR IS ONLY 14 MONTHS OLD WITH ONLY 18,200 MILES ON IT....UPDATED 01/23/15 *BF...... I'VE BEEN TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP WITH THE NOTICE THAT WAS SENT ME FROM CHRYSLER AND HAVE BEEN THEIR AT LEAST TWICE IN THE LAST FOUR MONTHS, AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I'M ON A WAITING LIST. I WOULD THINK IF THIS WAS A SAFETY CONCERN THIS SHOULD BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY. NOT SURE WHERE TO GO HERE. *TR
WHILE TRAVELING PERFECTLY FINE FOR 2 HOURS ON AN EXPRESSWAY, OUR VEHICLE BECAME COMPLETELY UNCONTROLLABLE AS THE ROAD BECAME SLIGHTLY SLIPPERY AND WE DECREASED OUR SPEED TO AROUND 45 MPH. THE STEERING WHEEL BEGAN SHAKING, THE VEHICLE FELT LIKE IT WAS DRIVING ITSELF, SHIMMYING LEFT AND RIGHT UNCONTROLLABLY. WE COULD NOT CORRECT THE VEHICLE FROM SLIGHTLY FISHTAILING EVEN AFTER REMOVING PRESSURE FROM ACCELERATOR AND REDUCING SPEED TO 5-10 MPH AND DRIVING ON THE SHOULDER WHERE THERE WAS MORE TRACTION. WE WERE TOTALLY UNABLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. WE SWITCHED THE SELECT-TERRAIN KNOB TO "SNOW" TO SEE IF THAT HELPED, BUT IT CONTINUED TO BE VIRTUALLY UNCONTROLLABLE. WE WERE AFRAID TO COMPLETELY STOP THE VEHICLE DUE TO ALL OTHER TRAFFIC FLYING PAST US GOING NORMAL SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE MIRACULOUSLY MADE IT TO A GAS STATION RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY AND WAS TOWED TO THE NEAREST JEEP DEALER. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOOK IT OUT FOR TWO DIFFERENT DRIVES AND COULD NOT REPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THEY HOOKED IT UP TO THEIR COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AND COULD FIND NO ERROR CODES. WE ALSO INQUIRED IF IT WAS PART OF THE P64 RECALL REGARDING THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL STABILITY AND WERE TOLD NO EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMS SIMILAR TO THE PROBLEM THAT THE RECALL ADDRESSES.THIS WAS THE MOST TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN A VEHICLE. IF THERE HAD BEEN ANY VEHICLES IN OUR IMMEDIATE VICINITY AT THE ONSET OF THE ISSUE, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A HORRIFIC ACCIDENT. TWO OTHER SIMILAR, BUT LESS INTENSE SCENARIOS HAD HAPPENED BEFORE THIS ONE, BOTH INCLUDING THE SAME FEELING OF BEING OUT OF CONTROL, ONCE ON A RAINY ROAD SERVICE, AND THE OTHER ON AN INTERMITTENTLY SLIPPERY ROAD. BECAUSE THIS SEEMS TO BE AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM AND ONE THAT IS A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN, WE REFUSE TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE ON THE ROAD AGAIN. *TR
TRAVELING AT REDUCED SPEEDS ON INTERSTATE, AFTER PASSING AN ACCIDENT (WET CONDITIONS/RAIN), I FOUND THE CAR STARTING TO LOSE TRACTION WITH THE ROAD. I LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WITH POTENTIALLY TROUBLED ROADWAYS, HOWEVER THIS WAS INTERSTATE 15 IN SAN DIEGO, AND WITHIN SEPARATED CARPOOL LANES. AS I CONTINUED ON CAUTIOUSLY AT ROUGHLY 60MPH DUE TO CONDITIONS AND UNSURE OF THE FIRST OCCURRENCE, I FELT THE CAR SLIP, AND SLIDE, THE REAR END STARTING TO DRIFT TOWARD EDGE OF LANE, I REMOVED MY FOOT FROM GAS AND ALLOWED CAR TO REGAIN TRACTION. WAS FORCED TO CRAWL AT ROUGHLY 45MPH TO FEEL SAFE AGAIN. A NATIVE OF OREGON WHERE RAIN IS A ROUTINE PART OF LIFE, THIS OCCURRENCE FALLS BEYOND THE REALM OF EXPECTED PERFORMANCE. THE GRAND CHEROKEE IS ONE OF THE HEAVIEST CARS ON THE ROAD, MAKING THIS ISSUE PERPLEXING. AT THE TIME OF OCCURRENCE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WAS EXPERIENCING MODERATE RAIN THROUGHOUT THE MONTH DISPELLING MUCH CREDIT FOR OIL ACCUMULATION ON THE ROADWAYS, AS IS USUALLY INDICATED. THIS HAS GREATLY DIMINISHED MY TRUST IN THE VEHICLE. MY OWN STEPS WERE TO UPGRADE TIRES WHICH ARE FALKEN ZIEX S/TZ05 SIDE 285/40R22XL 110H, TO YOKOHAMA OF THE SAME SIZE, AND REPORT TO DEALER. HOWEVER I AM SKEPTICAL THIS WOULD BE A FIX, AS THE FALKEN TREAD (JUST 4,000MILES INTO USE) LOOKS MORE THAN CAPABLE OF DISPERSING WATER. WITH INFREQUENT RAIN, IT MAY BE QUITE SOME TIME BEFORE CONDITIONS REPEAT THEMSELVES, AND I WOULD FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE GETTING UP TO (AGAIN 60MPH) MODERATE SPEEDS. *TR
AS YOU ACCELERATE THE DIESEL GRAND CHEROKEE AND IT REACHES 7TH GEAR, THE CAR STARTS SHUDDERING AS IF THE VEHICLE IS ABOUT TO "FALL APART". THIS ISSUE HAPPENS EVERY TIME WHEN IN 7TH AND 8TH GEAR. I'VE HAD TO USE THE PADDLE SHIFTERS TO MAINTAIN THE VEHICLE IN 6TH GEAR TO AVOID SUCH SHAKING IN THE HIGHWAY. I'VE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO AN EMPTY ROAD AND ACCELERATED TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE AND KEPT MY FOOT IN THE PETAL AND IT EVENTUALLY SETTLES DOWN AFTER 8TH GEAR. BUT IF YOU REMOVE FOOT FROM GAS AND LET THE CAR SHIFT BACK TO 6TH WHEN YOU RE-ACCELERATE THE SHUDDERING RETURNS AGAIN. THE ENTIRE CAR JUST SHAKES. MY 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE ECODIESEL SHUDDERS/VIBRATES INTERMITTENTLY AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. EVIDENTLY, THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN THIS PARTICULAR MODEL, AND SO MUCH SO THAT IT NOW HAS A NAME, "FISH BITES". AT LEAST ONE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN AND POSSIBLY EVEN MORE (MANY HAVE SIMILAR SYMPTOMS) HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THE DRIVETRAIN AS THE SOURCE AND HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE IT WITH SOFTWARE FLASHES. AFTER NUMEROUS VISITS TO THE DEALER TO CORRECT THE ISSUE, THE "FISH BITES" ARE STILL HAPPENING, AND ARE GETTING INCREASINGLY WORSE. UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER THE LAST VISIT AND BEING TOLD IT HAD BEEN RESOLVED, I HAD TO FIND OUT THAT THE ATTEMPTED FIX DID NOT WORK WHILE ON A TIGHT TWO-LANE ROAD. IN PREVIOUS INCIDENTS IT WOULD SAY "SERVICE POWER STEERING" AS SOON AS I TURNED ON THE CAR THEN THE LIGHT WOULD GO OUT AFTER A PERIOD OF FEW MINUTES TO AN HOUR AND THE DRIVING WOULD BE FINE. THIS IS THE POWER STEERING HAS GONE OUT WHILE DRIVING. FRONT CV BOOT CLAMP FAILURE: NOTED GREASE ON LEFT FRONT WHEEL, LOOKED UNDERNEATH TO FIND AXLE GREASE SPLATTERED ALL OVER INSIDE OF THE RIM, BRAKE CALIPER, AND MOST FRONT LEFT AXLE COMPONENTS. CLAMP WHICH HOLDS THE CV JOINT BOOT IN PLACE AT THE WHEEL WAS MISSING AND CV BOOT WAS OFF, ALLOWING GREASE TO ESCAPE FROM CV JOINT. WHEN I RETURNED VEHICLE TO DEALER THEY LOOKED AT IT AND SAID IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE UNTIL THEY ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT PARTS WHICH WAS ON BACKORDER. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS SINCE THEN AND STILL NO PARTS HAVE COME IN. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT DRIVING THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE GREASE IS ALL OVER THE DISC BRAKE PADS AND COULD CAUSE AND ACCIDENT DUE TO BRAKE FAILURE FROM THE GREASE. *TR

WITH A LITTLE RESEARCH ON JEEP GARAGE FORUM, MANY CONSUMERS ARE COMPLAINING, SPECIFICALLY WITH BUILD DATES AROUND MARCH 2014, WHICH THIS CAR IS PRESUMED BUILT AROUND. I ASKED SERVICE TO REPLACE BOTH HALVES AS ONE SIDE FAILURE IS A SURE SIGN THAT THEY BOTH WILL GO. THEY REFUSED INSISTING AGAIN THAT THE OTHER ONE WAS FINE. THAT'S WHAT THEY TOLD ME BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY - THEY WERE BOTH FINE. NOW, I'LL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS TWICE - ON A TRUCK THAT IS 9 DAYS OLD. *TR
TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASING MY BRAND NEW JEEP, I NOTICED A GREASE ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL. THE OTHER THREE WHEELS WERE NORMAL. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, I COULD SEE THAT THE CV BOOT HAD COME APART AND GREASE WAS LEAKING OUT OF IT AND ONTO THE WHEEL, AXLE, SHOCKS AND EVERY OTHER COMPONENT SURROUNDING THE LEAK. I AM SPECIFICALLY CONCERNED THAT THE GREASE COULD GET ON THE BRAKE DISCS, CAUSING FOR DIFFICULTY STOPPING THE VEHICLE. I TOOK IT TO THE NEAREST DEALER WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE AND I WOULD NEED A NEW AXLE. THE PART UNFORTUNATELY IS BACKORDERED WITH NO ESTIMATION AS TO WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE BECAUSE THIS PROBLEM IS A COMMON ONE AND THERE ARE NEW JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE AND DODGE DURANGO OWNERS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY WHO NEED THIS VERY SAME PART FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THE WAY THE STEERING WHEEL ON THE NEW JEEP IS DESIGNED, WHEN YOU GO TO MAKE A TURN, ITEMS ON YOUR SLEEVES (ZIPPERS, BUTTONS, OR BRACELETS) CAN GET WEDGED IN BETWEEN THE PAD THAT COVERS THE HORN AREA OF THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE WHEEL IT SELF. ONCE THIS HAPPENS, THE OBJECT GETS LODGED INTO PLACE AND YOU CANNOT REMOVE IT, AND YOU ALSO CANNOT PROPERLY STEER THE VEHICLE. THE ONLY RECOURSE IS TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP AND WORK THE ITEM LOOSE. THIS FAILURE RESULTS A LARGE INCREASE IN STEERING EFFORT ON THE LOCAL HILLY AND CURVED ROADS AND THE ABILITY TO TAKE EVASIVE MANEUVERS IF SOME OF THE MANY LOCAL WILD ANIMALS CROSS THE ROAD IN FRONT OF ME. IT ALSO AFFECTS THE ABILITY TO MANEUVER IN TRAFFIC UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS BROUGHT TO A STOP. THE PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT AND THE DEALER HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM DUE TO IT'S INTERMITTENT NATURE. SO FAR, THIS VEHICLE HAS HAD AIR SUSPENSION FAILURES, POWER STEERING FAILURES, AND " DUE NOT SHIFT TRANSMISSION" FAILURES AND HAS BECOME A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ME AND OTHER DRIVERS AROUND ME. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THAT, IT NEARLY COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED ME OR HIT SOMETHING OR SOMEBODY OR CAUSING DAMAGE! I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE TO ONE OF THE SERVICE CENTER MANAGER AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, THEY TESTED THE VEHICLE AND IT THE MANAGER TOLD ME, THIS VEHICLE HAS LOTS OF ISSUES NEED TO BE FIXED! I TOLD THEM, THIS VEHICLE NEARLY GOT ME KILLED OR INJURED OR SOME DAMAGE COULD HAVE BEEN HAPPENED! THEY GAVE ME A CHEAP RENTAL CAR AND REFER ME TO TALK DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY PRODUCED THE VEHICLE! I CALLED ON FRIDAY AND THEY GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER AND TOLD ME YOUR CASE WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A MANAGER WHOM WILL CONTACT YOU! I HAVE TRYING SINCE THEN TO GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY TO HELP! BUT SEEMS NOBODY SEEMS TO BE TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY! AND I WOULD JUST WONDER, WHAT IF YOU ARE IN THE VEHICLE WITH KIDS OR SOMEBODY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS! WOULD YOU GUYS TAKE IT SERIOUSLY IF SOMETHING BAD COULD HAVE BEEN HAPPENED TO ME OR OTHERS!? I AM REALLY SCARED TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE ! ITS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER, I JUST THINK ABOUT IT AND SAY: WHAT IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPEN TO ME OR A DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE TO OTHERS!? VEHICLE HAS AN OSCILLATING VIBRATION AT ANYTIME WITH NO REASON. IT HAPPENS AT ALL DIFFERENT SPEEDS AND ROAD CONDITIONS. *TT
