The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at highway speeds, the emissions filter warning message appeared on the instrument panel. The contact then stated that the error message disappeared while he was driving; however, a message reading "Incorrect Diesel Exhaust Fluid quality detected. No engine starts in 200 miles" appeared on the instrument panel. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was instructed to bring the in vehicle for an inspection. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 64,000.
