I was approaching a 4 way stop with my children in the vehicle, going approx. I pressed on the brakes but was unable to stop, making me go through the intersection with vehicles turning into my lane. The brake pedal was rock solid and locked up, and was unable to be pressed.

Had brakes and rotors replaced less than 6 months ago and now I'm being told that I need new front brakes and rotors again. There is chugging with my transmission, and a lot of vibration. I am unable to upload anything without having a mechanic take everything apart to expose it, and I can't afford that at this time.
