No front defroster… blows but does not blow out defroster vents… Very serious problem here in Wisconsin… Could cause accident if windshield frosts up while driving

While driving car had no heat intermittent since 2018 for up to 3 times. Now is april 2020!! Windows fog up causing hazardous condition while on the highway!

The far-left backup sensor 'just fell out' at some point, unknown if the car was stationary or in motion. There are no scratches or damage around the bumper that I can see which would indicate it having been knocked loose or pried out.
