Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain model year 2014-2016 Jeep Cherokee vehicles manufactured July 29, 2013, to February 5, 2016. The seat fasteners on the first or second row seats may not have been tightened to the proper torque specification.
Fix: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace the seats or seat sets, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin during September 2016. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall S63.

I sat in my driver seat and the latch completely broke so now my seat does not stay latched and it jumps up every time I hit a bump on the road. It has caused me to swerve into different lanes by accident and could ultimately cause serious injury if I get into an accident. The vehicle was stationery when it broke.

Front passenger seat squeaks when the car is in motion. The seat tends to move a little forward and then backward when coming to a stop. I noticed this after I brought the car home, I called the dealer and he states something is loose but didn't know what.
