Your 2025 Tacoma is part of a safety recall (25TA11) because the front axle shafts may break while driving. If an axle shaft fails, you could lose power to the wheels and lose control of your vehicle. Toyota has confirmed the problem but hasn't released a fix yet, so your truck is currently unable to be repaired at the dealership. The repair will likely involve replacing the front axle shafts once Toyota provides the replacement parts and repair procedure.

Your sunroof suddenly shattered while you were driving with no impact or external cause, and glass got into your eyes. The dealer told you to file an insurance claim rather than cover it under warranty, but you believe this is a manufacturing defect. Water may now be able to enter your vehicle, potentially causing additional damage. The repair will likely involve removing the damaged sunroof glass and installing a replacement unit.

Your truck is rated to tow 6,400 lbs but doesn't come with a trailer brake controller or a connector to install an aftermarket one. You're concerned this is a safety issue since heavier trailers typically require their own braking system, and you believe Toyota should either include one or at least provide the option to add one.

Your truck's transmission is slipping and making clunky noises even though it only has 1,800 miles on it. This suggests a serious manufacturing or assembly defect that needs immediate warranty service. Your dealer should inspect the transmission fluid level, condition, and internal components to identify and fix the root cause.

Your truck vibrates noticeably when you accelerate, coast, or brake while traveling between 25-45 mph. This appears to be a driveline issue that's affecting how your truck performs. The problem may require inspection and service of the driveline components to identify and fix the source of the vibration.

Your XM satellite radio frequently fades out or cuts to a "locating satellite" message when driving under trees or even on open roads. The dealership has replaced the radio unit, replaced the antenna, and checked the antenna cable, but the problem persists. This is happening on a brand-new truck with only 453 miles, and the dealership says they cannot resolve it further.
