Your 2025 Tacoma was involved in a crash when a semi truck hit the passenger side while you were driving 75 MPH. During the collision, the airbags did not deploy and the forward collision avoidance system did not operate, even though multiple system errors appeared (brake, four-wheel drive, and ABS errors). You and all passengers sustained injuries including concussions, lacerations, and fractured ribs. A manufacturer representative inspected the vehicle after the crash and found no failure.
