Your car was swaying side to side while driving, making it difficult to stay in your lane. The dealer found that both the front and rear wheel alignment had failed and repaired it, but the swaying problem came back when you returned. When you took it back to the dealer a second time, they weren't able to diagnose or fix the issue. Fixing this will likely involve realigning your wheels and potentially inspecting suspension components for damage.

While driving, you heard a loud thumping noise and your car pulled toward the roadside. When you stopped and checked the vehicle, you discovered the ball joint (a crucial suspension connection) had broken just above where it attaches to the axle. The fix will likely involve replacing the damaged ball joint and potentially inspecting other suspension components for related damage.

Your car's traction control system engages too easily when braking at low speeds (20-30 MPH) if even one tire hits a small road imperfection like a pothole or dip. When this happens, your car shudders and vibrates until traction is regained, even though the imperfection is minor and shouldn't affect an all-wheel drive vehicle. The problem only occurs when tires are at different heights; it doesn't happen on speed bumps where all tires stay aligned. Toyota has confirmed this issue is happening and has logged it in your vehicle's records, but says the traction control sensitivity is working as designed. Fixing this would likely involve recalibrating the traction control sensitivity or investigating the suspension's ability to keep tires in contact with the road during minor vertical movements.

At estimated 25500 miles in the vehicle, I started to feel vibration at 65- 75 MPH. Bouncy ride and slight bad bearing noise at 45 MPH . After taking to the dealer, they also felt vibration and recommended tire balancing.
