This phenomenon causes the entire front end to shake violently, requiring me to immediately slow down to regain control of the vehicle. This poses an extreme safety risk to myself, my passengers, and other motorists. I believe my vehicle has an issue with steering damper failure - the exact same defect addressed in Customer Satisfaction Notification V41 issued by FCA in June 2019.

Since new Jeep has experienced "excess play in the steering" the Jeeps steering "wanders" and vehicle pulls to both the left and right. Steering wandering increases in hot temperatures and at higher speeds and becomes UNSAFE to operate the vehicle.

Your instrument panel cluster dashboard has stopped working, leaving you unable to see important information like mileage, fuel level, and safety alerts. There's a known recall for 2018-2024 Wranglers with this exact problem, and Jeep has classified it as a safety hazard, but your VIN was marked as not eligible for the recall despite your vehicle matching the problem description. This leaves you driving without critical gauges and warning lights.

Your instrument cluster display is intermittently failing or shutting off completely, causing your speedometer and tachometer to stop working. This makes it difficult to monitor your vehicle's speed and engine performance while driving, which is a safety concern. The owner believes this issue is related to a known safety recall (24V-652) even though their specific VIN isn't currently listed. A repair will likely require replacement or reprogramming of the instrument cluster display unit.

Your engine warning lights are staying on, and your windshield camera calibration has failed multiple times. More concerning, your engine completely shuts down when you come to a complete stop and won't restart on its own. The manufacturer couldn't provide a solution and instead installed a used engine that has the same problem. This is a serious drivability issue that needs proper diagnosis of the engine stalling condition and forward collision camera system.
