While slowing down to turn into your driveway at about 5 mph, your vehicle suddenly accelerated on its own to 60-70+ mph. When you pressed the brake pedal hard, it had no response and went all the way to the floor with no resistance. You had to steer around obstacles at high speed, ultimately hitting a ditch that stopped the vehicle, resulting in a flat tire and injury to yourself (a spine compression fracture). The vehicle was verified to have nothing blocking the gas pedal. A repair would likely involve a complete brake system inspection and potentially an engine control module diagnostic to rule out sudden unintended acceleration.
