Filed: Feb 2025

Your parking brake has been engaging on its own while you're driving, bringing your vehicle to a sudden stop. After restarting the car, it works normally again, but the problem keeps happening repeatedly and your brake warning light stays on. The dealer diagnosed a faulty electronic parking brake control module and repaired it, but the problem came back even after the repair.

CrashFiled: Dec 2024

While reversing out of your garage, six of the eight airbags in your 2023 Jeep Cherokee deployed without any crash occurring. After the airbags deployed, the vehicle suddenly drove forward on its own and crashed into the garage wall. The airbag deployment caused chemical burns and respiratory injury to the driver, who was hospitalized with a fractured tibia. The vehicle was totaled, and the cause of the airbag failure remains unknown despite manufacturer investigation.
