2019 Jeep Cherokee Wheels Problems

The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that on two separate occasions, he experienced a failure with the removal of the original lug nuts placed on all four wheels. The first failure occurred when he had taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic for a tire rotation.
