Your 2025 Palisade was taken to the dealer for a seatbelt recall repair, but the dealer kept it for a week without completing the work—first claiming technicians were busy, then saying the required part wasn't available, despite providing paperwork saying the repair was done. You've also experienced a gear shifter that required multiple button presses to engage and, most recently, a steering wheel that suddenly seized while driving, requiring force to turn. The vehicle is still at the dealer awaiting diagnostic results and remains unrepaired.

My wife was driving the vehicle and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Every fault and every light came on including the steering tightened up like there was no power steering. Dealership has had the vehicle for almost a week and haven't heard anything. This is a brand new vehicle. Never have bought a hyundai before, very disappointed!
When driving over railroad tracks or entry gates, the vehicle skids forward in an uncontrollable manner and vehicle is unable to stop when I press on the brake pedal. I have to put the car in “park” to stop the vehicle from rolling into oncoming traffic or colliding into the car in front of me. It appears to be an ABS problem.
The ABS engaged unnecessarily when I pressed the brake pedal, causing the vehicle to slide forward about 6-10 feet while I was driving at approximately 10 miles per hour. The same situation has occurred three times over the past seven months. When the ABS engages, it takes longer for the vehicle to slow down or stop. This poses a potential risk for everyday driving.
