SEAT BELTS:FRONT:BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2017-2020 CR-V, 2018-2019 Accord and Accord Hybrid, 2018-2020 Odyssey, 2019 Insight, and 2019-2020 Acura RDX vehicles. A manufacturing issue with the front seat belts may cause the seat belt buckle channel to interfere with the release button, preventing the seat belt buckle from latching.
Fix: Dealers will replace the driver and front passenger seat belt buckle release buttons or the buckle assemblies as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 18, 2023. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are NDA, QDB, BDC, MDD, LD9. TDF, FDG, ODH, YDI, ZDE.

The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the Forward Collision Avoidance: Automatic Emergency Braking inadvertently activated. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving at various speeds, on various occasions, the seat belt sensor message appeared.

The contact owns a 2018 Honda Accord. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V158000 (SEAT BELTS); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The dealer was not contacted.

I received a notice of recall with my car registration and I contact the Honda Dealer Future Honda of Sacramento. I went for the appointment for the on October 05, 2024 and was told that they did not have the parts.

The cmbs, speed follow are not working when you drive 40miles in the freeway and it say always see your dealer and the seatbelt are very stiff

The seat belt has been buckled but disconnects once I drive. It has trouble connecting when I get in car. I have to push it in and pull for it to connect.

There is a recall of seat belts. I check the manufacturer it says SEP 21, 2017 - JUN 12, 2019. Mine shows 11/17.
