2017 Dodge Grand Caravan Steering Problems

I drive a 2017 dodge grand caravan. Last week, as I was driving my children to their grandmothers house, I noticed the steering wheel shaking. I regained control and made it to my moms house and dropped off the children.

Travelling at the speed of 55 miles per hour the vehicle seemed to completely shut off on its own, thus causing immediate loss of power steering and power brakes. I was able to very carefully bring the vehicle to a complete stop after a half a mile or so. Fortunately, I was travelling on a long straight county road without any surrounding traffic.

I was driving down a main road all the lights came on in my dash car started beeping, radio came on, windshield whippers came on at high speed, AC came on, lost the ability to steer vehicle or brake with mileage screen switching to different options within that screen. Car been at dealer since the day after still do not have vehicle back or a diagnosis of what or why vehicle went into this state.

As I was driving home on a city street, the entire car locked. I had no steering control. My brakes didn’t work the Entire vehicle locked.

My van shut off for no apparent reason . I couldn't steer it and the brakes wouldn't work . Tried to turn it back on and it did .
