criticalSTEERING,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,SERVICE BRAKES
Filed: Feb 2026

While driving, your car suddenly lost power steering and brake function for 15-20 seconds, accompanied by multiple warning lights (ABS, power steering, traction control, and electrical control messages). This happened three separate times, and during one incident your dashboard went completely black, the heat turned on involuntarily, and the windows wouldn't operate. The loss of braking and steering ability created a dangerous driving situation. The fix will likely involve diagnosing the electrical system and potentially replacing the power steering control module, brake system components, or related electrical connectors.

highSTEERING,VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL,UNKNOWN OR OTHER
Filed: Mar 2025

Your car's odometer and speedometer kept switching between kilometers per hour and miles per hour while you were driving, which distracted you and contributed to a speeding ticket. You discovered that pressing the left arrow and OK button on the steering wheel can accidentally toggle between these units, causing confusion about your actual speed. The fix would likely involve a software update to the dashboard display system or adding a confirmation step when changing measurement units.
