Water leaked into your car's rear driver's side floor and seat after heavy rain, causing mold to grow inside. The problem appears to be coming from a faulty sunroof drainage system that isn't properly directing water away from the interior. You'll need to have the sunroof drainage system inspected and likely cleared or replaced to prevent water from entering the vehicle again.

Your rear sunroof glass panel shattered unexpectedly while driving at highway speed (68 MPH), creating a loud booming sound and ejecting glass shards into the cabin. You temporarily wrapped the roof with plastic to prevent additional glass from falling while driving. The cause of the shatter hasn't been determined, and the dealer has not offered assistance. Fixing this will likely require replacing the entire sunroof glass panel assembly.

The windshield fluid washer disappeared aka consumed mystery without the operator usage. I had to fill in a gallon of the windshield washer every2-3 months, and I did not do any washing or anything to use the fluid. Last week, the check engine came in and told me to fill the washer fluid and it could not pump the washer fluid onto the windshield while I was driving the vehicle during the snow storm that blind me visibility on the road that could cause a very serious accident if that happened. This is a very serious safety issue that could kill someone. as of today, 12/27/2024 I just filled the windshield washer fluid and it consumed 3 gallons of the washer fluid. The question is where all the fluid went even that I did not use it?
