Your brakes feel very weak and unresponsive. When you pressed hard on the brake pedal, it took about 4 seconds for the car to stop, and it kept moving even with firm pressure—nearly causing you to hit the car in front of you. The issue could be with the brakes, tires, or both working together. You should have your brake system inspected immediately, including the brake pads, rotors, and tire condition.
