Your tire blew out on the sidewall while you were driving at only 12,000 miles, even though you had a tire rotation done at your first oil change. The dealership says the tire isn't covered under warranty because you didn't purchase additional tire coverage at purchase. You're also experiencing a TPMS warning light and a check engine light.
