Your car's emergency call system (SOS) hasn't worked properly since you bought it. Even after the dealer replaced the online connectivity unit (OCU) module under warranty in March 2025, the system failed again in December 2025 and now displays a "Please Service Vehicle" warning. When this system doesn't work, your car can't automatically contact emergency services if you're in a crash. The dealer will need to replace the OCU module again.
