The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated upon starting the vehicle, the navigation screen display would continuously load. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that she was unable to use the navigation screen and the rearview camera due to the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the navigation screen display needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 175,000.
