Your 2024 Subaru Outback was sold to you with a stated towing capacity of 3,500 lbs, but when the dealer attempted to install the trailer hitch harness, they discovered your vehicle has no trailer brakes. Without trailer brakes, the hitch harness cannot be safely installed. The dealer refused to install trailer brakes and referred you to an independent mechanic, leaving your vehicle unable to tow as advertised.

Your moonroof spontaneously shattered and fractured just two days after taking delivery of your new Outback, without you ever operating it. There's a hole near the rear center with cracks spreading across the entire moonroof window, and the vehicle had less than 100 miles on it. The issue may require moonroof glass replacement or a complete moonroof assembly replacement.
