When you activate your left turn signal, the high beams turn on automatically regardless of the time of day, whether your headlights are on, or whether the engine is running. This creates a safety hazard when turning left or passing other drivers, as you're flashing them with high beams unintentionally. Additionally, your passenger rear window shattered on its own after just 2,800 miles with no apparent cause.
