You've been told the truck isn't safe to tow your 41-foot fifth wheel trailer, even though you purchased it specifically for that purpose. There's an unrepaired safety recall affecting your brake hydraulic control unit that can cause a loss of anti-lock brakes and traction control, which could lead to a crash. The remedy part hasn't been made available yet, and you've been waiting over a year for this to be fixed.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the "fix" performed on my vehicle related to the V06 Drag Link Recall. The fix, which involved checking the torque settings and welding the locknuts to the adjustment sleeve, has caused significant issues with the alignment of my vehicle. As a result, my truck is unable to be aligned, creating unsafe driving conditions.

my vehicle (Ram 3500 w/ a 6.7 liter diesel engine) has less than 38,000 miles and the ABS Hydraulic Control Module has to be replaced. I’ve been told the part is on back order and cost to replace the unit is over $500 with another $400 plus to install this part.

This recall notice, was first identified in September or October, with the Official Communication issued in November of 2024. How long am I, or anyone expected to endure the nuances of this recall. We are well beyond 6 months now with no remedy, and it does not appear as if RAM\Stellantis is concerned with a fix.

Lights and chimes constantly signaling trouble with ABS/Traction Control system. OBD 2 indicates ABS Module failure but have read online it could also be HCU pump, a connection problem or a combination of issues. At this point the warning lights are on constantly while driving.

The ABS warning system is constantly going off with dash warning lights and alarm, it turns off cruse control when this happens. The truck is unsafe with out the ABS working and dangerous because it will turn off the cruse when the error is displayed causing unexpended deacceleration. This happens when ever the veh is driven over and over.

The hydraulic control unit (HCU) and the anti-lock braking system (ABS) module on our truck has been triggering the warning light and bell notification for almost a year & we have yet to be able to get this repaired as the part is supposedly back-ordered (for a year?!?!?) We pull a fifth wheel with this vehicle and any sort of braking component issue is a recipe for a potentially disastrous incident on the road.

The ABS sensor warning indicator comes on randomly. Normally every 45 seconds or so. The cruise control will not work when the warning triggers.

2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn, 64k miles, ABS/Traction lights on dash, intermittent, cancels cruise control and can't switch into 4WD. Dealer said it's a known issue and there is nothing they can do because there are no parts to order. I am a retired, disabled vet and I need help please.

Main Frame is cracking between the cab and bed of the truck. I took it to my local Ram Dealer in Chico Ca. Chuck Pattersons Ram they inspected it and told me not to drive it because it is unsafe to drive.

ABS pump module failed with vehicle under 25K miles. Pump failed prematurely and failed while I was driving, disabling my ABS brakes. The ABS lights and check engine light did light up, it has since been replaced and there is no recall on this issue.

Dodge ram integrated brake controller faulty. Towing 2015 29.5 t arctic fox 5th wheel and the brake system will not stop the trailer. When idle, without using truck brakes, the truck and trailer move forward, even if the gain on the controller is manually set to 10.

I have a recall u40 NHTSA 18e-028 that I received in the mail. This is for a faulty mopar gooseneck ball. According to our dealer, he and I checked on your site and our vehicle has no recalls.

67A recall was not performed on my vehicle nor was I notified of it. I have had SCR catalyst issues and def issues and my vehicles constantly fails emissions. Ram and Cummins have stated that my vehicle is not included in the recall but I am having the same issues as the 67A recall.

Infotainment screen is delaminating causing it to randomly dial and call numbers, cannot control the climate control, cannot adjust settings, and renders the navigation unusable.

My 2018 3500 ram has been at shelor motor miles 3 weeks with no real answer on what's going on with it! They stated it was the turbo that was defaulted and now it's the cooling and c converter! This was a brand new truck paid in full at the time of purchase with 16k miles on it now that has quit!
