CrashFiled: Aug 2021

Your vehicle's left rear wheel detached while driving on the interstate, causing the wheel to strike another vehicle and resulting in a fatal crash. This is an extreme safety failure that allowed a critical component to separate from your truck while in operation. The issue likely involves the wheel mounting hardware or hub assembly and will require immediate inspection and repair of the wheel attachment system.
