While driving on the highway, your rear driver's side tire suddenly separated and exploded, causing $9,000 in body damage. Michelin blamed trauma from a pothole or rock, but you had no prior issues with the tire in 3 years of use, and local repair shops report seeing unusually frequent blowouts and separations with Michelin truck tires in Arizona's heat. The tire may need to be replaced, and you may want to have the damage assessed by a body shop and consider switching tire brands.
