Your front tie rod failed suddenly while driving, causing you to lose control and hit a parked car. This steering component is critical for vehicle control, and Nissan later issued a recall for this same defect in August 2023. Replacing the failed tie rod and having the steering system inspected will be necessary to restore safe vehicle control.

Your 2021 Sentra has experienced multiple issues since purchase: the alternator failed after one year, leaving you stranded; your vehicle's VIN wasn't properly registered in the system, which delayed key programming and could prevent proper identification if your car is damaged or stolen; and the wrong type of battery (a flooded battery instead of the correct AGM type) was installed at the dealership, which may have caused premature damage or corrosion to other electrical components. Resolving these issues will likely require replacing the alternator, updating your vehicle registration in Nissan's system, installing the correct battery type, and having a technician inspect related electrical components for damage.

The automated break system came on while I was driving 2 times within 3 days without anything being in front, the back or on the side of the car. When this happened there was a few beeping noise and a quick red flash on the dashboard that said maintenance. This started happening the next day after getting an oil change from the Nissan dealership. My safety was at risked because when the car suddenly and unexpectedly stopped it jerked my body forward causing my neck to become sore. This can cause greater injury or worst if I was going any faster. If someone was behind me it could cause them to crash into me which would be doing the opposite of the purpose of the safety feature. I took the car in to the dealership and nothing could be done because there wasn't a code and it didn't happen in the presence of the mechanic. It could be a sensor issue but I don't know and the mechanics seem to be just as clueless and very dismissive. I find this to be unacceptable that I must drive around with a car that can break abruptly at any given time. I do not feel safe driving this car and it should be a safety recall on this issue. I looked online and seen other people complaining about the same issue so I'm sure Nissan knows what's going on and aren't doing anything about it.

So while driving my car, no car infront of or anything running out in the road. Going 45 mph my car automatically slammed on brakes by itself. Causing the car behind me to swing around me to avoid hitting me in my rear. A similar situation happened back in May 2023 resulting me to put the car in the shop & was told it was corrected.
Automatic emergency braking has happened 3 times in the last 2 months without any reason. The 1st time there was a person who stepped off a side walk but I wasn’t to close to them. The last 2 times there was nothing around and all 3 times I was doing 40 or less. What happens if it happens doing 65+ on the highway. I’m worried this is going to cause someone to rear end me because it happens so suddenly with no warning really. I have made an appointment with the dealership.
I bought this car and have had issues with the heat not working. The air not working and now the latest the windows not working. A few months ago the windows stopped working when it was 40-45 degrees or colder out. Now today I went to open the windows and at 80 degrees they won't open. This is a major safety concern if a accident occurs and people can't get out. The dealership has looked at all issues and claim nothing is wrong every time.
Every since I bought my car there has been times were my car refused to start. Every time it happened my car was sitting in park for about 10-15 minutes and I would turn off my car but when the time to turn on came it started to seem like my battery was dying and would not start. I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour before it would start again. The second time it did this which was 1 week ago, my car started reading system malfunction I have pictures and videos.I was able to get my car to get to Nissan after a jumpstart. Of course I assumed it was the battery however Nissan said my battery was in perfect health and is not dying. They proceeded to do a diagnostic but again they said they could not replicate the problem and was unable to find out what was wrong with my car. My concern started to rise when two days ago I turned on my car and it was on and not in idle but it started to read malfunction then said not available system malfunction. This happened without it even sitting in idle. I am concern that my car will do this while I’m on the road and shut down. I was unable to upload the video.
The windows will not go down only the driver front side goes down and I bought this car brand new with only 6 miles on it
