Your car's automatic emergency braking system is activating unexpectedly and bringing your vehicle to a complete stop on both regular roads and freeways, even when there are no obstacles or other vehicles nearby. This happens regardless of weather conditions and has put you in dangerous situations. The dealer has seen a warning code but hasn't been able to reproduce the problem or identify the cause, and the issue continues to occur even after multiple service attempts. The fix will likely require the dealer to diagnose the automatic emergency braking system's sensors and software to prevent these random activations.

My ABS light randomly come on along side of traction control, front and rear collision assistance lights. Car has had electrical problems since I got it such as sometimes bright headlights won’t come on( they just stay on the dim regardless of what you do) the radio will just freeze and not work at all. Have to unhook the battery to get radio to even reset or even wait days for it to do it itself. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR. nothing but electrical problems since I’ve gotten it. And it only have 50,000 miles and all regular maintenance has been done

For the past two years, an emergency brake has been activated when an object, such as a car, is close to my front bumper. This is excellent, but occasionally the sensor activates when nothing is in front of me, which is risky and causes my brake pads to wear out more quickly than they should. When I took this up with the Nissan dealer two years ago, they claimed to have rectified it, but they didn't. When I went to another dealership because I was dissatisfied with the service at the prior, I brought up the issue and asked if they could turn off this feature. They said that there wasn't much they could do. They gave it a test drive and found nothing, but since this only occasionally occurs, it is difficult to keep track of it without keeping the car for several weeks, which I cannot afford to do. This seems recall worthy.
