Purchased nissan rouge new from dealership. Upon accruing 21,000 miles vehicle started shaking and vibrating all of a sudden while traveling down the interstate. Took vehicle to dealership and found out after investigation that there is foam inside the tire from manufacturer, to prevent road noise, that had come disengaged from the inner tire wall.
