2024 Nissan Altima Body & Structure Problems

Water is leaking into your car through the driver's side door area when parked. Your dealer found the leak comes from the driver's rear seat area near the seat belt and possibly a door weld, causing water to pool on the carpet. Even after replacing the carpet, front spacer, and trim assembly, the water leaking problem has continued. The manufacturer has been notified about this ongoing issue.

There is an obvious gap in the lining of the rear upper left corner of the trim that attaches the back windshield to the top and the car and rear door. I have photos included the dealership admitted to it not existing on their other models from that year and that I was correct although they could do nothing about it because it was an obvious manufacturing defect.
