2016 Hyundai Tucson Lights Problems

The headlights turn off and on on their own when it is set to auto. I have worked with hyundai, and engineering has confirmed that they have had several cases where the sensor malfunctions and turned the headlights off and on. It is incredibly dangerous as this happens at night and during the day.

The right passenger brake light says it is out. Within same day or soon after will be working again. I replace the light bulb it stops working the same day or shortly thereafter.
