While driving your 2013 Hyundai Sonata, the brakes failed to stop the vehicle even though the brake pedal was pressed. Your son heard an unusual sound from under the hood and lost control of the car, which rolled four times and caught fire. Your son was seriously injured and required emergency medical transport. There was also an unrepaired safety recall on your vehicle's fuel system that you were not aware of.
