Your instrument cluster and navigation display suddenly went completely black after turning off the radio, but came back on after pressing several buttons multiple times. Additionally, your vehicle experienced engine and powertrain issues at 1,199 miles that caused loss of power when accelerating and excessive vibration, requiring replacement of the throttle body and torque converter assemblies. The dealer took 22 days to complete the repairs.
