WENT TO GO TRADE MY CAR IN AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR-FAX IS SHOWING A POTENTIAL ODOMETER ROLLBACK INDICATED, I HAVE MADE A FEW CALLS AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY HELP. I AM VERY CONCERNED AND WOULD LIKE SOME HELP WITH THIS PLEASE THANK YOU.

IGNITION. I AM UNABLE TO GET MY KEY TO TURN IN THE IGNITION TO TURN THE VEHICLE ON. SOMETIMES I CANNOT EVEN GET MY KEY TO GO ALL THE WAY IN AS WELL. STATIONARY.
ODOMETER FRAUD, THIS VEHICLE WAS AUCTIONED ON MAR 14,2017 WITH ODOMETER READING 222,805M AND SOLD TO SECOND OWNER BY TAMPERING THE ODOMETER TO 122,927 ON APR 17,2017. I PURCHASED THIS HONDA PILOT ON SEP 23,2017 WITH THE ODOMETER READING 125,715. I HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE VEHICLE TO DMV, THIS NEED TO INVESTIGATE AND SEEKING HELP TO GET OUT OF THIS DEAL. I TRIED CALLING ODOMETER FRAUD SERVICES 202-366-4761 BUT NO ONE IS RECEIVING MY CALL.
THE 2004 HONDA PILOT HAD A RECALL NOTICE AFFECTING THE IGNITION (NHTSA REFERENCE #12V573000). MY KEY WAS ABLE TO BE REMOVED WITHOUT THE VEHICLE BEING IN PARK. THE EXACT SYMPTOMS OF THE RECALL. I CHECKED WITH HONDA AND THEY SAID MY VEHICLE WAS ALREADY FIXED. I TOOK IT IN AND THEY DID FIX THE CAR, BUT CLAIMED IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RECALL. EITHER THERE IS A SECONDARY ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED OR THEY ARE BEING LESS THAN TRUTHFUL. I HAD TO PAY OVER $500 FOR WHAT I BELIEVE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER THE RECALL.
ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM INFORMATION CODE P0740 ON 10/24/2009 AT 110,326 MILES AND AGAIN ON 09/15/2011 AT 162,313 MILES. DEALER REPLACED 4TH GEAR PRESSURE SWITCH AT ~$265 EACH OCCURRENCE. TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT WAS ALSO A PROPOSED OPTION. THIS IS A WIDESPREAD PROBLEM WHICH IS DEMONSTRATED AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRATION AND THERE IS NO HONDA RECALL OR TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN THAT ADDRESSES THIS. BUYERS RARELY RECEIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM HONDA. THE RECALL NO. P30 DOES NOT COVER ALL THE VEHICLES THAT EXHIBIT THIS PROBLEM. TRANSMISSION FAILURE DURING OPERATION WOULD LIKELY CAUSE INJURY TO BOTH PERSON AND PROPERTY. *TT
FRAME AND STRUCTURE TENDS TO SHAKE AND MAKE NOISE WHENEVER VEHICLE IS DRIVEN AT ABOUT 50 MPH. THE NOISE SOUNDS LIKE A HELICOPTER OVER THE VEHICLE. *AK THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD THAT WAS HOW THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED. *JB
