2019 Honda Civic Cruise Control Problems

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Civic. The contact stated that while her husband was reversing the vehicle in a parking lot, the brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration. The vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle.

The contact stated that her daughter was driving at an unknown MPH when the daughter stopped at the stop sign.

While driving (50+/- MPH) on a two lane state road, my 2019 honda civic hatchback sport cmbs (collision mitigation braking system) automatically engaged, bringing my vehicle very close to a complete stop for no reason I could see. There were no vehicles in front of me in either direction and fortunately no vehicle following or I would have been rear-ended.

This car followed me all the way home. I knew the driver was following me because I took a fake route home. I eventually stopped and he stopped with me.

Adaptive cruise control was engaged at a stop light. When the car in front moved adaptive cruise would not disengage. There was at least 30 feet clearance to the next object.
