On 05.02.2021, I was driving our CAR in Philadelphia, and stopped at red light. When I started driving in heavy stop and go traffic knowing I had to stop in 200 ft. brakes failed, brake pedal went to the floor and the car accelerated, emergency brakes didn’t start and Forward collision warning didn’t work.

Since shortly after I got my car, brand new, it started to stall a little bit as I went to turn, if I had to stop or slow down beforehand. It got worse as time went on. I told honda before my first year was up and he told me to just take off eco.

My car makes like a clicking noise intermittently while accelerating. When it's making this noise it has stopped accelerating. I have to release my foot off the gas for a couple seconds then when I accelerate, it is back to normal.this does not happen every day anymore but at one point it was happening pretty much at least once a day.
