Diagnosed the issue as bad fuel injectors likely due to the fuel pump recall. Code popped up as cylinder misfire initially which didn't make much sense considering a full tune up was completed less than a month prior.

Misfire in cylinder causes blown head gasket

I've had head gasket failure twice and now turbo failure. I have documentation from John Eagle Honda to support as well as several others who are willing to do a Class Action Lawsuit in regards to the 10th generation Honda Accord 1.5 T and some of the other trims.
