2017 Honda Accord Seat Belts Problems

The driver seat belt has locked up, rendering it unusable. My mechanic confirmed that I needed a replacement seat belt; it cannot be repaired. I paid for a replacement seat belt 17 June 2024 from Val Strough Honda dealership in Seaside CA, a special order.
