The car had a problem where it will not start because the stater grinds. Honda knows about the problem and won’t do a recall instead they charged me to have the remove the engine. Install a new torque converter and starter.

my 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6 is on it's 4th starter.A service Bulletin has been issued 16-002 to fix the problem ,but it has not made a difference.I have contacted Honda Corp(Case 13172338) I August 2022 and they did not want to help even though they knew it was a on going problem with V6 owners. The internet has plenty of V6 owners that have the same problem and are left with cars that can't be fixed properly.

I have a 2016 Honda Accord EX -L. V6 .it has 100500 miles .In that time it has gone through 3 starters.Honda has issued a service bulletin( 16-002) but never a recall.Checking the internet there a lot of people having the same problem.I have filed a complaint with Honda motor and they want to split the cost of repair. I don’t think that’s fair because it is a known problem because of a design flaw
