The contact owns a 2014 Ford Focus. The contact stated that while reversing, the back over prevention camera was inoperable. The contact stated that the “Camera Unavailable” message was displayed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 109,688.

Truck latch is worn down and does not work properly you have to slam truck to close and push. When opening truck you have to push down on truck to open. Back up camera does not work and wiring is messed up.
