I TOOK MY 2019 FORD ESCAPE INTO A FORD GARAGE TO GET A OIL CHANGE AND WAS TOLD MY REAR BRAKES ARE REALLY BAD AND SHOULD BE SERVICED ASAP. THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE BRAKES COULD BE SO WORN OUT SINCE THERE IS ONLY 14500 MILES ON IT. THEY STATED THAT THERE IS NOTHING MECHANICAL THAT CAUSED THIS AND THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THEY ALSO STATED IT MUST BE MY DRIVING 😡 RIDING THE BRAKES OR DOUBLE BREAKING! I'M UPSET THAT WITH A NEW VEHICLE AND I HAVE TO SPEND SO MUCH ON REPAIRS. IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND SHOULD BE COVERED!
