All engine and interior is muddy, I brought it once for windows not working and motor got replace, transmission was replace now gasoline leaking and AC is not working, electric ports dont work

This is my 3 town & country mini van. However the last two I've had issues with the seat belts getting caught up in the seat belt retraction system and eventually begin to tear. This has compromised the safety of my family.

The middle bench seat is not wide enough to safely hold an infant car seat even though it has a latch system for the car seat. The infant car seat hangs off the seat and is not safely supported by the seat an chrysler has no safe alternative to fix the safety issue.
