When approaching a red light going slow speed and slowing down, car suddenly accelerated as if it was regaining cruise control speed, therefore slamming into the car in front of me. Pressing on break did not help. Is this a recall issue?

While driving on the interstate ,with the cruise control engaged,traffic was slowing down due to road repair, I applied my brakes lightly to disengage the cruise control, but the vehicle remained in a forward thrust.

while driving the engine light came on within 10 minutes the car started jumping in place and then within 5 minutes completely would not go in any direction forward reverse or neutral and just revved the torque locked up the transmission quit completely did not even give me time to pull over and access the issue was 7 min from home when completely quit

At various speeds from 35mph to 70mph, van will accelerate without manual input to the accelerator pedal. To stop the acceleration, the pedal must be "smashed" several times before the throttle responds. It is as if the cruise control acceleration spontaniously activates even though cruise control is not ON or being used.

The hazardous roads symbol will light up on dash and then it will not allow me to use cruise control or shift the car out of park. I have to use the release button accessible from the hole in the dash to shift the car out of park when that hazardous road condition light is on. The hazardous road light will come on out of no where on a perfectly fine day and then mysteriously go off.

5th time event has occurred. After extended driving when pulling into a parking spot the vehicle will commence to accelerate. Only by aggressively applying the brake to prevent the vehicle from plowing ahead can I place the transmission into park and turn off the vehicle.
