Your infant car seat won't stay locked in its base at most recline positions—it only locks properly in position 1 (the newborn setting). When you click the seat into positions 2, 3, or 4 while driving, the seat unexpectedly drops back down to position 1. Over time, the seat has stopped locking even in position 1. Multiple parents have reported the same issue online. The manufacturer hasn't been able to resolve the problem despite repeated contact.
