I purchased this car on 7/15/24 and had no problems until 8/8/24 after I took my car through an automatic touchless car wash. Upon exiting the car wash, I noticed that the tailgate was now down even though I never unlocked it. I parked the car and closed the tailgate and began driving home.

There is a small front body part known as the "moustaches" next to the headlights on either side of the vehicle. We have had this vehicle for less than 2 years and both the driver's side and passenger side "moustaches" have come loose on this truck and flown off while driving at highway speeds.
