After your truck received a recall software update, the camera-based safety systems (back-over prevention and forward collision avoidance) stopped working properly. You're concerned that other safety features may also be affected by the update. GM has not yet resolved the software issues caused by this recall.

I bought the truck in April of 2023, a few days after I purchased it I was backing up and the review camera turned off and received an error. I went to the dealer and was told it was caused my my tow hitch. Which makes no sense since they have an option to towing.
