Your headlights produce excessive glare, especially when the fog or driving lights are turned on at the same time. The combination of all these lights running together creates too much brightness that could be distracting to other drivers. The issue may be addressed by adjusting which lights can be used simultaneously or limiting the use of auxiliary lights when headlights are on.
