While parking your 2024 Volkswagen ID.4, you pressed the brake pedal to stop, but the vehicle accelerated unexpectedly instead of braking, causing it to hit three parked cars in succession. The brake pedal remained pressed during the incident, but the vehicle did not respond to your braking input. The airbags did not deploy and no one was injured. The manufacturer has been notified and is investigating the brake system failure.
