The second row captains chair seat belt latch on the passenger side does not latch fully. It latches and can be pulled out by hand. If a wreck were to happen, the passenger would not be truly restrained causing bodily harm or death.

The rear driver side seat belt does not stay in place when the seat is lowered, therefore, leaving this seat without a seatbelt. The adaptive cruise control sometimes works and sometimes does not work. There is no specific reason for this.

WHILE DRIVING AND COMING TO A SLOW STOP AT A STOP SIGN. THE MIDDLE ROW RIGHT SIDE SEAT DISENGAGED WHILE CHILD AND CAR SEAT IN THE SEAT AND FLUNG FORWARDED AND INTO THE BACK OF THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT.

The seat belt indicator light on the dash has come on 2x when my seat belt has been on. The sound will stop after several miles but the light stays on for the whole trip. It happened the 1st time in roughly september & then november 9th
