You brought your car to a tire shop for a rotation and provided a new Yokohama tire to replace a worn front tire. The shop installed your tire, but when you drove away, it made a loud noise. When you returned, the shop had moved the tire to the rear and replaced it with a different, worn-out Dimax tire that has a different speed rating than your other tires. The shop refused to return your original Yokohama tire. Mismatched tire speed ratings can affect handling and safety, especially in wet conditions like rain.
